Last week in Toronto, our chocolate artisans from across Canada won BIG at the International Chocolate Awards Canadian Chocolatier Competition.
Today we're sending a huge congratulations to the amazing artisans we worked with / have worked with that have been recognized last week on the international stage. Read on to see the winners.
Centre and Main Chocolate, Warkworth, ON
Centre and Main is a small artisan chocolate company based in Warkworth, Ontario. Owner, Angela Roest, hand crafts creations in small batches, blending the finest couverture chocolate with delicious, natural foods and flavours. Her passion for blending chocolate with products grown or produced locally offers unique, signature flavours you won’t find anywhere else.

CXBO, Toronto, ON
Chocolates by Brandon Olsen, or CXBO, is an award-winning Toronto-based confectionary created in 2015 by chef Brandon Olsen and artist Sarah Keenlyside. Their jewel-like bonbons, colourful Disco Eggs, hand-painted bars and packaging are products of Brandon’s passion for innovative flavours and Sarah’s bold visual ideas.

ChocolaTas, Abbotsford, BC
ChocolaTas has been crafting fine chocolate out of their shop in Abbotsford for nearly 20 years. Their goal has, and always will be, to make people happy by creating delicious chocolate. Wim Tas is a graduate of Maison Wittamer - Belgium’s most respected chocolate house, and exclusive suppliers to Belgian royalty- and has won multiple awards at the international stage.

East Van Roasters, Vancouver, BC
East Van Roasters is a cafe and social enterprise benefitting women living in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. EVR handcrafts organic bean to bar chocolate and coffee that is roasted and prepared on site.
